Extremely effective alcohol free toner for all skin types. This toner renews skin, bringing it back to the proper PH level. A proper PH level allows for better moisture retention and the appearance of smaller pores.
Use: Apply after cleansing and drying skin. Apply with a cotton ball, followed by moisturizer.
